This policy covers the Sincey mobile app, published by Everminimal Studio, L.L.C.. The studio website policy covers everminimal.com separately and does not apply here.
The short version
Sincey does not collect your personal information. There is no account, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. What you create in the app stays on your device. Apple sends us anonymised usage and crash reports, which are described below.
What stays on your device
- The countdowns and milestones you create
- Your widget and display preferences
This data is stored by the app on your device. We cannot see it, and it is not sent to us or to anyone else. Removing the app removes it.
What we do not do
- We do not collect personal information.
- We do not embed analytics, tracking, or session-recording software in the app (see “What Apple shares with us” below).
- We do not show ads in the app, and we do not use advertising or tracking identifiers.
- We do not embed third-party SDKs that collect data.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data. There is nothing to sell.
What Apple shares with us
Apple gives every developer aggregate reports about their app — how often it is opened, which devices and iOS versions it runs on, and anonymised crash logs when something goes wrong. We read these to fix bugs and decide what to work on next.
This is collected by Apple, not by Sincey. The app contains no analytics software and sends us nothing itself. Apple only includes your device if you turned on Share With App Developers, and what reaches us is aggregated — it does not identify you, and we cannot tie any of it back to a person or to the countdowns you have saved.
You can turn it off at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements on your iPhone. Apple’s handling of it is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy.
Children
Sincey is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them. Because the app collects no personal information at all, there is nothing for a parent to request the deletion of — but you are welcome to contact us with any concern.
Your rights
Privacy laws including the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and PIPEDA give you rights to access, correct, and delete personal data held about you. Because we hold no personal data from this app, there is nothing for us to return, correct, or erase. If you believe otherwise, contact us and we will investigate.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. If a future version of the app ever begins collecting data, we will update this page before that version ships.
