1. Who We Are
Sincey is developed and operated by Everminimal Studio, L.L.C. (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app.
2. The Short Version
Sincey does not collect your data. What you add stays on your device. There are no accounts, no servers that hold your data, and no analytics or advertising tools, and we do not track you.
3. What Stays on Your Device
- Your entries: names, dates, categories, notes, photos you attach, and reminders.
- Your settings, such as theme, layout and widget styles.
This information is stored only on your device and shared with Sincey's own widgets. We cannot see it. If you use iCloud Backup, your device backup includes it, under Apple's privacy policy. Deleting the app deletes it from your device. A copy can remain in iCloud backups until they are replaced.
When you attach a photo, the app only receives the photos you pick, not your photo library.
4. When the App Uses the Internet
- What's New: the app downloads a list of recent updates from GitHub. Like any web request, this shows your device's IP address to GitHub. Nothing about you or your entries is sent.
- Feedback: the feedback board opens sincey.sleekplan.app in your browser. What you post there is covered by Sleekplan's privacy policy.
- Ratings: the App Store opens when you choose to rate the app.
- Sharing: when you share an entry or a recap, iOS sends only what you chose, to the people or apps you pick.
5. Purchases
Premium is bought through Apple's App Store. Apple handles the payment, and we never see your payment details. The app checks your purchase with Apple on your device.
6. Contacting Us
If you email us from the app, the message ends with your device type (iPhone or iPad), iOS version and app version, to help us answer. You can remove them before sending. We use your email only to reply to you, and keep it no longer than needed.
7. Analytics
Sincey contains no analytics or advertising code. If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your device's settings, Apple may give us aggregated, anonymous usage and crash statistics.
8. Your Rights
Because your data stays on your device, you control it: you can view, change or delete any entry in the app, or delete everything by deleting the app.
If you have emailed us, you can ask us to access, correct or delete that correspondence at hello@everminimal.com. Depending on where you live, including the EU and UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
9. Children
Sincey is not directed at children under 13, and it does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.
10. Changes to This Policy
If the app changes how it handles information, we will update this policy and its effective date, and note significant changes in the app's What's New.
