Terms of Use

These terms are between you and Everminimal Studio, L.L.C., a Texas limited liability company ("we", "us"), and cover the Little Things app on iPhone and iPad. By using the app, you agree to them.

Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to Little Things. These terms add what's specific to this app. If the two ever disagree, Apple's agreement wins.

Your tasks are yours

You own everything you put into Little Things. We don't claim any rights to it, and we can't see it. Our privacy policy says where it's kept.

Free and paid

Little Things can be used for free. Some features need a paid plan, and the app shows what each plan includes and costs before you buy.

• Apple handles every payment, charged to your Apple Account.
• A subscription renews on its own unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it in the Settings app: tap your name, then Subscriptions.
• A free trial, when there is one, becomes a paid subscription when it ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
• Refunds are handled by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• If you stop paying, nothing you've made gets locked. Your tasks stay where they are, and you can still see, check off and change them.
• If we sell a one-time purchase, it stays a one-time purchase. We won't turn it into a subscription later.

Shared folders

Share folders only with people you trust: they can change and delete what's in them. You're responsible for what you put in a shared folder, and you agree not to use sharing to send anything illegal, harmful or that isn't yours to share.

Using the app fairly

Please don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer Little Things, or use it to break the law.

The app as it is

We work hard on Little Things, but we provide it "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond what's in these terms and Apple's agreement, including that the app will always work without bugs or never lose data. Keep your own copy of anything important.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data or lost time. Our total liability to you is limited to the larger of what you paid for Little Things in the 12 months before the claim, or US $100.

Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer law where you live, including in the EU and the UK.

Changes

We may change the app, and these terms. If the terms change in a way that matters, we'll change the date at the top and say so in What's new. If you keep using the app after that, the new terms apply.

Stopping

You can stop using Little Things at any time by deleting it. If you have a subscription, cancel it as well, since deleting the app doesn't.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, except where the law of the country you live in says otherwise.
